What was the interview process like?

The MDS interview process was challenging in that it tested your abilities in multiple areas, however the environment was welcoming, giving all the chance to improve themselves.

What advice would you give someone applying for MDS?

Be positive and open minded with placements, have a willingness to learn and you move every 6 months so try to make the most out of each secondment.

Can you explain your plans post MDS?

I am looking to progress into a commercial role with an aim to become an account manager/catagory manager before pushing onto senior management of a fresh produce company.
