What attracted you to the MDS grad scheme?

The experience and training I would receive. The opportunity to work in four different companies.

What would have been useful to know before you applied?

The variety of roles you could potentially do. There is a huge range of roles available. MDS have since added this information to the website and it is discussed at induction.

What’s been your best moment so far?

There is no one moment in particular, but over all what has been the best is the training I’ve received and then being able to apply it in my secondments.
